Preloadr is another Ajax image editor, but beyond being featureful and slick, it also integrates into the Flickr ecosystem via their API.
I have to say that this is my favorite so far. It has layers, advaced filters and operations. It’s a whole lot closer to photoshop than any of the other ones out there.
