		<description>This pretty much sums up what I look for to.  I usually break it down to just seeing if someone actually cared for the product they were making.  All of the points you make above point to someone who took the time to build something that they were proud of.  Instead of just rushing through it to get the task done.  It seems like most people don&#039;t &quot;care&quot; about the product (or the craft) that they are in.</description>
