		<description>Well, it always boils down to communication doesn&#039;t it?  And the feedback loop is the heart of communication.  Whether it&#039;s between developers, among the team, or from the team out to the rest of the organization.

Good, quick feedback that is on target and timely can save a lot of headaches.
