		<description>OMG  - I am stumbling along as a PM on my first quasi agile project and can totally relate to this. The biggest challenge I had to overcome was getting weigh in estimates  - because you have to have something to explain to the business side where you are etc. Agile is a huge leap for a traditionally trained PM  but as I learn more - I am getting the &quot;aha&quot; moment of why it is so very cool and good.</description>
