We’ve been working with eSpark Learning since the idea stage, and recently helped them launch version one of their platform to great success. We sat down with David Vinca, eSpark’s Founder and CEO to talk about eSpark and his experience working with us.

We designed and developed iPhone and iPad applications for a specialty EMR vendor that helped our client improve clinical decision making at the point of care and drive adoption and meaningful use of their platform.

optionsXpress is a top-ranked online brokerage providing individual investors with powerful tools for stock and options trading education, evaluation and execution. The company partnered with Pathfinder to enhance their user experience and maximize customer adoption.

Pathfinder worked with our customer, a specialized EMR vendor, to develop a feature-rich patient check-in system that takes full advantage of the iPad’s user friendly touch screen and efficient form factor. The integrated patient portal allows for patient pre-registrations and streamlined patient/office interactions

Construction Punchlist is an iPad app which allows an architect or engineer to annotate digital drawings and create a punch list, easily and without having to coordinate marks on plans with scribbles on legal pads. Punchlist saves time and increases accuracy, which saves money for both the architect/engineer and the general contractor.

We re-architected and developed clinical decision support system that aggregates and analyzes clinical information against highly respected sources of evidence-based medicine to identify gaps in care, medical errors and quality issues so that it could scale (to 20 million lives covered and counting) and helping our client to a $450 million exit (11x revenue.)

Pathfinder developed Vu360, a .net application designed to integrate with BB-Bid’s online plan rooms and other online products. Pathfinder’s user research and agile software development method resulted in an Internet-tethered desktop application that has proved an invaluable aid for to contractors update and annotate blueprints and generate detailed and accurate estimates.

Performance on Demand™ (POD) is a customized performance improvement CME tool exclusively offered by Vindico Medical Education. Pathfinder worked with Vindico Medical Education to develop iPhone, iPad and web versions of the application. POD enables physicians to improve their professional practice and patient care outcomes while earning earning AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™.

G2.FM helps bands get gigs by connecting them to venues. Pathfinder enabled G2.FM to bring their application to both iPhone and Android platforms, helping bands to connect wherever they are.

As part of our ongoing development in the air traffic logistics and weather forecasting space, we developed a three-dimensional prototype for tracking flight path data and meteorological readings using Flex, Papervision 3D and PureMVC.

We designed a mobile solution to streamline and reduce errors in the apheresis (blood donation) process that was so intuitive that it caused our client to remark that “We laugh about it.  We don’t even have to demo it. They just take it out of your hand and start using it.”

MetroPulse is an analytics and mapping platform that allows government officials, press outlets and concerned citizens to access 20,000 data sets on 200+ different indicators that track quantifiable issues throughout Chicagoland.

A platform for real-time analysis of hedge fund performance data, with dynamically updating charts, graphs and sophisticated filters for cumulative performance, return distribution, alpha, beta and correlations, commissions and fees, credit and sector exposure.

This tablet based touch application enables Health Educators to gather data and provide enhanced feedback during the motivational interview process without losing rapport with the patient.

Employment Chek is the first employment verification tool that captures employment information from individual employers, as well as employers who contributed to automated subscription services.
